Whether a leader or simply a member in realtopea, its design is to point out each person's strengths and weakness. Not in an attempt to harm anyone what so ever, buy no matter which site under the realtopea umbrella you enjoy, its design if you participate is self assessment. The purpose of that is growth and those that accept growth understand there is no growth without change. Those uneasy or uncomfortable with that process will always see the flaw in the system or a flaw in others but never peep the original design which is to peep the flaw in self and grow thru change.
